Whilst the colour and design representation on this website offer a close comparison to the finished goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to be certain that the design, colour and specification on your order form is as required. If uncertain, colour samples are available on request. All blinds are specially made for you and therefore cannot be re-sold. In the unfortunate event of the customer ordering incorrectly, blinds-Shop.com will, on the return of the incorrect blinds, supply replacement blinds at 30% discount to the list price.
Any incorrect tabulation on our automated pricing system will not bind the company to supply the goods at an incorrect price. Similarly, the customer will not be held to complete their order, should they be informed that the price is higher than that they were originally advised.
Samples on some products may differ marginally from the finished article. The difference will be within industry acceptable tolerance. This will not affect the quality of your blinds but is dues to slight differences in batch shades.
You will be able to cancel your order within 48 hours provided the manufacturer of your blinds has not commenced. In these circumstances you can cancel the order from your account. Your payment will be credited back to the same credit card account within 7 days of the order.
We can only supply goods on standard terms within the UK. For delivery outside the UK, additional carriage costs will apply and no discounts will normally be available. Your blinds will be delivered in the shortest time but at periods this may be 3/4 weeks. Should we be aware of delays over this period you will be advised. NO LIAbILITY can be taken for delays, however caused and cancelation will only be allowed at the company's discretion.
Your credit card details pass through a safe, secure system operated by barclays bank Plc. called EPDQ and will not allow us access to the card details at any stage of the transaction. The system is 100% safe for our customers!
We guarantee not to pass your name to any 3rd party. Should you wish to remove your name from our own Database - which we use only to email you about promotions and new products - we will do so without question.
Returns will only be accepted if returned in the original packaging and advised in advance, throughout you online account. We strongly recommend that before discarding the packaging, you fit first your blinds and wait 7 days to ensure your blinds is operating correctly.
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with your blinds, we reserve the right to inspect the blind and it is the customers responsibility to return it to us. If the blind is faulty, we will reimburse reasonable carriage charges on receipt of proof of costs.
Whilst being very confident of the quality of the products we sell, very occasionally a product will not be up to the standard we expect. In these situations just contact us from the "CONTACT US" section or phone/fax us to discuss your problems.
It is not possible to make refunds on blinds which have been altered, adapted in any way.
Always keep the PACKAGING until the blind is fitted and you are happy with them.
The Luxaflex Guarantee extend your warranty beyond the normal 12 months in the following circumstances: Luxaflex guarantees that all Luxaflex window covering products are free from material and assembly defects, provided that such products were properly installed in a domestic situation. The obligation of Luxaflex is limited to repair or replacement of the defective materials or components. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser.
To obtain the guarantee service, please contact blinds Shop. We will request Luxaflex to promptly repair or replace any effective parts or components. Guarantee claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase as well as details regarding the nature of the problem.
This guarantee is invalid if the damage or failure was caused by:

The guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Luxaflex be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
The guarantee does not affect the consumers statutory rights under applicable national laws in force, nor the consumers rights against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.
